                  The site was built using ASP and Access. Access was 
                  chosen over SQL due to the cost implications - though it was 
                  designed in such away that a migration to SQL was possible. 
                   
                  A majority of the text would be updated frequently by ACL, this 
                  necessitated the text to be stored in a database. This is then 
                  modified though a maintainance area on the web site. 
                   
                  Each of the three sections were designed to look the same but 
                  with a different base colour - giving site the continuity required. 
                  A shared section of the web site was also added for the more 
                  'generic' company information.
