therequirement Eastlands (Benefits Administration) Limited asked us
to provide them with a computer system that would enable them
to record, monitor and report on pensions, payroll and benefits
activities.
The system had four main objectives
1.
To keep a consistent list of customers and the casework
relating to them.
2.
To reduce the time spent each month analysing the average
time spent on a pension case.
3.
To keep a record of time spent by each operator for non
pension related work (e.g. meetings, internal projects etc.)
4.
To provide comprehensive costing, trends and forecast
information.
